Millie Zanders

Millie has been a dedicated Respiratory Therapist for nearly 35 years, starting her career in the late 1980s. She began as an on-the-job trainee in a local acute care hospital in Pennsylvania, where she later attended respiratory school and earned her CRT credential. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise, obtaining an associate’s degree and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. Her diverse experience spans acute, subacute, and long-term care, eventually leading her into the fields of DME and home care. She has enjoyed every aspect of her career, from hands-on patient care as a floor therapist to various leadership positions in management.
