John relocated to North Carolina in January 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in delivery and logistics. When the opportunity to join Round Table Health Care arose, John immediately knew it was the perfect fit. Since then, he has embraced the chance to grow, connect with the community, and deliver exceptional customer service. His dedication and passion for making a positive impact ensure that each patient and customer experience is seamless and personalized.

Liz earned her associate’s degree in respiratory therapy from Tidewater Community College. Right after graduation, she began her career as a Respiratory Therapist at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, where she specialized as a Neonatal Pediatric Specialist. Following that, she expanded her expertise at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, working with both the adult population and in the neonatal intensive care unit/labor and delivery. When she decided to transition from hospital care to the DME field, it was important to her to join a company that prioritizes patient care above all else, which is why she chooses to work for RoundTable Health Care.

Ashley has over a decade of experience in healthcare and clinical management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role, having started her career in 2014. After earning her associate’s degree, she furthered her education by obtaining certifications in SHRM for Human Resources, as well as becoming a Certified Medical Biller and Certified Medical Coder. Joining Round Table Health Care has allowed Ashley to connect closely with community members and become a true advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

Michael is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served as a Petty Officer 2nd Class and Interior Communications Electrician. During his military career, Michael honed his technical expertise and leadership skills, building a strong foundation that has shaped his professional journey. After transitioning to civilian life, he continued to serve his country as a Quality Assurance Inspector and Advanced Planner/Estimator for LCACs, the Navy’s advanced hovercraft. His unwavering commitment to precision and excellence has defined his career both in and out of uniform. Now, as part of Round Table Health Care, Michael combines his passion for helping others with his drive for delivering exceptional service, making his role as a driver the perfect fit.

Millie has been a dedicated Respiratory Therapist for nearly 35 years, starting her career in the late 1980s. She began as an on-the-job trainee in a local acute care hospital in Pennsylvania, where she later attended respiratory school and earned her CRT credential. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise, obtaining an associate’s degree and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. Her diverse experience spans acute, subacute, and long-term care, eventually leading her into the fields of DME and home care. She has enjoyed every aspect of her career, from hands-on patient care as a floor therapist to various leadership positions in management.

Tim brings fresh leadership and dedication in his six months with the company. Outside of work, Tim is a full-time pastor at GracePointe Fellowship Church in Harper, WV, and proudly serves as a 2nd Lieutenant with the Civil Air Patrol Beckley Composite Squadron. A passionate pop culture collector, Tim’s interests span across iconic franchises such as Star Wars, Batman, Jurassic Park, The Lord of the Rings, and Professional Wrestling. His diverse roles and hobbies reflect his commitment to both his community and his unique passions.

Joeli brings decades of leadership and expertise to the position. A graduate respiratory therapist since 1992, she has vast experience caring for neonates, pediatrics, and adults, providing compassionate service to diverse patient populations. Joeli is passionate about fostering positive customer experiences and nurturing lasting relationships with patients and referral sources. Committed to operational excellence and patient satisfaction, she enjoys community involvement, spending time with her family, and cruising to explore beautiful islands.

Krista brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role. With a strong background in healthcare and project management, Krista excels in fostering collaboration between physicians and healthcare teams. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys staying active through exercise, exploring new destinations through travel, and diving into a good book.

Brian began his career in 2020 and has three years of experience, known for his reliability and attention to detail. Outside of work, he channels his passion into coaching basketball and baseball, helping young athletes excel. A family man at heart, Brian enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and attending WVU sporting events, where his enthusiasm for sports truly shines.
